Clement is the founder of Wiseman Education which provides curriculum development and school-based solutions for primary and secondary schools. He served the inaugural Curriculum Director for Crimson Summer Exchange and trained a team of Harvard, Yale, Cambridge and Oxford graduates to teach at the HKU and Zhejiang University. He was an invited speaker for the IB World Student Conference, and has led over 200 teacher professional development workshops. He collaborated with Professor Sommer at Harvard Cultural Agents and Pre-Texts to spearhead Literature Out Loud in China.

Clera Chu
Prof. Doris Sommer, the Director of the Cultural Agents Initiative at Harvard University, is an Ira and Jewell Williams Professor of Romance Languages and Literatures and of African and African American Studies.
Her academic and outreach work promotes development through the arts and humanities, specifically through the arts-based literacy pedagogy- Pre-Texts- in Boston Public Schools, throughout Latin America and beyond.

Her works include feature documentary China’s Van Goghs (2016), Photographing Shenzhen (2007, Discovery), Memory of Home (2009, collected by DSLCollection). She also lectured at the University of Nottingham Ningbo China.

Perry serves as the Social Science Research Associate at US-China Youth Education Solutions Foundation and the manager of XMedia Lab at Harvard Graduate School of Education. Prior to his current positions, Perry taught in public schools and worked as a museum educator in Oregon.
